Story
I decided a while ago that a marathon was a challenge that I wanted to tackle and I hoped that as a part of that I could help to raise some funds for a good cause.
Honestly I wasn't sure of who to raise money for, I could go back to a charity I supported before or pick a new one at random if I wished. However in July I saw a news story about a well respected chef, in Sydney at the time, took his own life. This was after being an ambassador for R U OK? It's a tragic story. R U OK? works and provides support to try to stop events like this from occurring so I would like to lend my support to them for this race.
