Story
I'm attempting my first full-marathon in the 2017 Melbourne Marathon Festival and hoping to raise much needed funds to go towards a Spur Afrika Community Centre in Nairobi, Kenya.
Spur Afrika is a locally run Kenyan charity that is registered as a not for profit community organization in Kenya. It focuses on liberating children and youth from the vicious cycle of social effects such as poverty, drug abuse and crime in Kibera slums. Spur Afrika provides some of the youth in the slums with mentoring, education and skill development which is urgently needed for holistic life development. Your donations will contribute to much needed financial needs of Spur Afrika.
